Google maps is absolutely useless once you reach a mountain, whether you have a car, bicycle or by foot. Yet we are losing map reading skills at alarming rate, replacing it with failed mapping technology. I also noticed we are not reading signs anymore once you follow your navigation system, which is treacherous in mountains
